If you upgraded to TECDIS sw v. 4.8.3.9 before 11.10.24, and you get above error, it's most likely because your ECDIS still running on Windows XP.


Telko has informed us that  a fix for this issue was released in a new update of sw. 4.8.3.9 Friday 11.10.24 on their web-page. So if you experience this issue you should redownload the version, and re-install. And if you still have same issues afterwards, then contact Telko support.
