If after updating permits and charts in ECDIS you receive message in ECDIS chart list "NOT UPDATED" for one or more charts, there are some easy checks you can do:

1. Check in Navtracker that the chart(s) are still in current portfolio (product list or op.area if PAYS)

2. Check if cell is cancelled or replaced in Primar database:

3. Check if cell is cancelled or replaced in UKHO database:

If cancelled or replaced -> delete the charts from the ECDIS

If not cancelled or replaced, and still in your portfolio > send email to technical@navtor.com with cell name(s)
