If you have tried to delete the individual charts which fails to load, and re-installation gives the same error - Furuno suggests to do a clean installation.
At your convenience and during idle time, please proceed as follows:
1. It is important that that you stop the synchronizing between the ECDIS units
Please refer to the attached instructions how to disable the syncing.
2. Then delete the database on each system.
Please refer to the attached manual :
- Deleting ALL Charts
- Deleting ALL Permits
3. When all systems have been cleared then they can re-activate the syncing and install the permits and charts as per usual procedure from the NavBox.
