The problem is that your Windows 10 version does not allow unauthenticated (guest) SMB access, so to get around this issue we have created a dedicated user account on your NavBox specifically for use with the NavStation.


Please run the below command in a command prompt window (cmd.exe):


net use X: \\navboxXXXX\enc /user:navboxXXXX\navstation_reader Tuya9745 /persistent:yes


This command should return "The command completed successfully" and you can then try to start NavStation again.
