NavStation - Char_mates is not a valid short name file : NAVTOR

If you get an error message as stated/or similar to listed above, please try the following:

1. Uninstall NavStation (using Windows "Add/Remove Programs")

2. From Windows file explorer, type %APPDATA%\NAVTOR in the address bar and then manually delete the NAVSTATION-4 folder (if it exist)

3. Type %LOCALAPPDATA%\NAVTOR in the address bar and then manually delete the NAVSTATION-4 folder (if it exist)

4. Install NavStation by running [NavStick]:\INFO\NSW\navstation.msi

If still an issue, please send an email to technical@navtor.com for further investigation
