There has been a long standing SENC compilation issue with TECDIS and the TR100010 cell. You can contact Telko Support directly on support@telko.no in case there have been any recent software updates that rectifies the problem.
Alternatively, you can check the location of this cell in NavTracker and determine whether you can do without this particular cell for your next planned voyages. If not required, you should edit the op. area to not cover this cell.
After NavBox/NavStick has been updated, try to update the TECDIS units again and verify that the error message does not appear.
