This issue was resolved in NavStation sw v. 5, will advise you to get updated the NavStation sw.
But if still using NavStation sw v. 4
Please close NavStation and then search for and launch the "Screen DPM Calculator" tool from the Windows Start Menu and then do an actual measurement of the white box. (ref. attached screenshot). Enter the width of the box and the diagonal size of the screen in inches and then "Apply calculated DPM".
Try starting NavStation again and let us know if you still encounter problems.
