With regards to present speed ETA calculations, TECDIS uses the present speed for all legs that use the DEFAULT speed (speed shown in grey in the waypoint list).
You have a couple of options to rectify this:
-When exporting from NavStation, export in .rtz instead of TECDIS .lst format. When importing .rtz files, TECDIS will set the most commonly used planned speed as the default speed and will let all legs
planned with this speed use the default speed.
-For a route already imported, you can right click the speed value in the waypoint list on each leg of the route. Right clicking will toggle between default and fixed speed (the same goes for lane and turn values).
