The Faroe Islands earlier had ENC cells issued by the Danish HO and had the country code DK. In week 2 2023 most of these where replaced by ENCs from the Faroe Islands (D2) provided by Umhvørvisstovan (Faroese Environment Agency) replacing Danish (DK) data from the area.
We assume you ECDIS do not recognize the country code D2 as official ENC cells and please check with your ECDIS supplier for advice.
